Mentorship

How do we build a stronger Bosnian American community for the future?
By investing in each other through mentorship, connection, and shared growth.

The BAPA Mentorship Program is a six-month structured opportunity that pairs students and early career professionals with established mentors across a range of industries. Together, mentors and mentees will work toward personalized goals while strengthening ties to our shared heritage and professional community.

BAPA provides orientation, tools, and ongoing support for the Mentorship Program, ensuring accountability and transparency to help both parties succeed. Each mentor-mentee pair sets their own meeting cadence, communication style, and goals during their first session using BAPA-provided templates and guidance. While the formal program lasts six months, participants are welcome to continue their relationship beyond that timeline.
